TRAINING “HOW TO EASILY MIGRATE TO K 3 MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ISO 45001: 2018” (IN WORK SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FRAMEWORK)

Basically no one expects the occurrence of work accidents because it will cause harm both from the victim and the organization directly or indirectly.
Many organizations, especially those engaged in the production sector, have understood the importance of safety protection for their workers and have even built an occupational health & safety management system that has been certified by international institutions but is still less effective and efficient in its implementation.

From ILO statistical data published in January 2016: 213 Wretched workers every 15 seconds with 1 worker killed from the accident.
Why this can happen, there are several factors that influence it, one of which is the lack of understanding and even lack of care of workers towards operational control measures through a system of practical and safe work practices.
ISO released a new standard for Occupational Safety & Health, namely ISO 45001: 2018 in March 2018, ISO 45001 will replace OHSAS 18001, Organizations that have been certified for OHSAS 18001 will have three years to comply with the new ISO 45001 standard, even though ISO 45001 certification is not requirements of the standard.
